Tagging fish and animals is one of the best ways to track and study them. Salt Lake Tribune outdoors editor Brett Prettyman had the opportunity to go out with the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources and researchers from Utah State University on Utah's Oquirrh Mountains to find and tag a cougar…and they were successful!
