Rinella, author of the Scavenger's Guide to Haute Cuisine and American Buffalo, is a hardcore hunter and his show is basically about killing stuff and eating it. What's not to like?
In this episode, he is in notoriously liberal San Francisco, and he can't hunt. So, he finds a raccoon on the side of the road, and serves it to some unsuspecting diners. Saying that it only had a little rigor mortis and was very fresh.
