The five-year survival rate of pancreatic cancer is just 4 percent, and when Glenn Lacey was diagnosed with the brutal disease in December, his brother and long-time hunting partner Gary rushed to have their two monster whitetails displayed together at the West Virginia Hunting and Fishing Show.
Glenn is still battling the cancer, and did not make it to the show to see the two mounts next to each other. After 10 years of waiting for his brother to get his Whitetail Hall of Fame-worth buck, Glenn's whitetail and his brother's were side-by-side in the exhibit this winter.
Hopefully this is a sign of good things to come for the Lacey family!
