You expect to find Wild Turkey in a liquor store, but you don't really expect to find wild turkeys.
Cork N' Ale employee Dan Meyer, has been working at the Cork N' Ale for five years, but has never seen anything like this before at the store. He says, "So far, they've (the turkeys) just been a novelty but it they become a nuisance we'll call somebody."
Apparently his fears might be correct as last week and the turkeys went crazy. "They were chasing one of [the] drivers around" the parking lot. The liquor store is located accross the Tittabawassee River where the turkeys are roosting and are getting ready for the mating season, which means they are more aggressive than usual.
As anyone can tell you, battling with Wild Turkey can leave you in some pain the next morning. -Robert Frawley
