Kansas Representative Changes Crossbow Vote After Truck Hits Deer by GoHUNTn TeamPoliticians can be pretty fickle, but they strangely get on board for deer population control after getting in car accidents.
Representative Anthony Brown (R) from Kansas voted 'no' Tuesday on a bill to create a new crossbow hunting season in Kansas.

The following day, when he returned to finalize the bill, but changed his vote to a "yes", after colliding his pick up truck with a big doe the previous evening. According to Brown, the doe did "substantial" damage to his truck. The bill passed 101-22 on Wednesday and will now move to the Senate for approval. -Robert Frawley
