Two Sandia National Laboratory engineers in New Mexico, who happen to be avid hunters, have created a self-guided bullet that can hit a target from a mile away.
The four-inch long bullet works by following a laser that directs the bullet to its target. Although they are still in the testing phase, the laboratory is looking for a privater investor to further perfect the bullet and hopefully start production.
