New York Hunter Spends $300,000 on Bighorn Tag at Wild Sheep Foundation Auction

New York Hunter Spends $300,000 on Bighorn Tag at Wild Sheep Foundation Auction by GoHUNTn TeamIt's not a record, but the Wild Sheep Foundation got a nice check from James Hens when he won their auction for a Montana bighorn sheep tag.
The tag went up for auction at the foundation's annual expo in Reno, Nev. The past two years, the founder of the Jimmy John's sandwich chain came home with the tag. James Liautaud spent $295,000 and $275,000 to bring home those tags.

Hen's $300,000 bid was just $10,000 off the all-time record.
