Female Hunter Downs 226-Inch Buck That Escaped from a High-Fence Ranch in Louisiana

Female Hunter Downs 226-Inch Buck That Escaped from a High-Fence Ranch in Louisiana by GoHUNTn TeamJacey Broussard was hunting her father-in-law's property in Calcasieu Parish, La. on Nov. 26 when she saw a buck that she was dreaming of.
According to Louisiana Sportsman, Broussard started bowhunting this year, but when she saw this monster on her trail-cams, she opted for a 7mm Mag, and got her Thanksgiving wish when he walked out. Broussard had seen the buck in the woods before, but the third time he showed himself, she was ready.

The 31-point buck measured a whopping 226 inches, which should land it high in the Louisiana books, but its still 75 inches smaller than the record.

No matter what, she has a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. –Brian McClintock

Maybe Broussard needs to head to Berlin next to help them out with their pig problem.
