Sadly, there aren't a lot of celebrity chefs who really embrace the roots of their food and actually hunt, but there are a few. Rising star in Denmark, Rene Redzepi clearly is one, considering his Twitter picture is of a bugling bull elk.
In addition to praising squirrel meat, and wondering why there are so many in New York City with no one eating them, Redzepi recently Tweeted this picture along with the text: "A hunter came by with his goods. Besides the hare & squirrel, wtf to do with a moose head?"
I'm sure he can whip something up with most everything on that table, though I'm not sure what that bird is. But, I'm with him on the moose head. –Brian McClintock
