Ted Turner owns more land than anyone else in America, and much of it has some amazing hunting. Luckily, Turner raised his son Beau to enjoy the outdoors, and the hunter-conservationist is bringing the message of preserving natural resources and recruiting new hunters to the Sportsman Channel.
Premiering tonight at 10 p.m. EST, Beau Knows Outdoors will combine world-class hunting, land management/conservation and youth participation.
According to the official release, "the first episode starts with Beau at the Turner's Flying D Ranch in Montana in pursuit of monster bull elk. He also takes viewers on a "behind the scenes" tour of the Beau Turner Youth Conservation Center in Tallahassee, Fla., where his work really comes to life. In episode four, viewers will travel to Argentina with Beau in search of Red Stag, as well as the Russian Boar. In future episodes, Beau's father, Ted, will also join the crew in pursuit of his passions – fishing and quail hunting."
No word if Turners former stepmother Jane Fonda will be making an appearance. –Brian McClintock
