Photo Caption Contest: Drowned Groundhog

Central Pennsylvania and New York are seeing the worse flooding in the area since Hurricane Agnes hit in 1972. It some places, it's the worse ever.

This groundhog wasn't around in 1972, but I'm pretty sure he'd agree that it's pretty bad. The photo was posted on the WNEP-TV Facebook page.

But, we thought we should have at least a little fun with the dreary situation.
