I took my father on an Illinois whitetail hunt a few years ago and during my hunt I had this big 6 pt bedded down 30 yards from me. A couple of smaller bucks came by my stand chasing a doe, and got this ole boy up and walked right under my stand on his way to check out the situation, the outfitting service I was with had a 130" restriction, but given the age and size of his rack, I could have harvested this deer as a management buck. I never did shoot a buck the week we were hunting, but did see over 40 bucks that week.
